We have been going through the results of the 2016 customer satisfaction survey. We conducted a similar survey in 2015, which resulted in a customer satisfaction score of 4.67 out of 5. The result of the 2016 survey was 4.56 out of 5, but we won't let this little drop bring us down. It is still a great result! Thanks again to everyone who responded.

- Even a layman understands what is going on and the guys at OneWay know what the layman wants.
- There are hiccups every now and then when people sending e-invoices enter the wrong information in the right places... But these are always quickly sorted with OneWay's help. :)
